Restructuring Firms

Mindshift Partners works with restructuring firms in LA and Orange County.

We work with debtor-side restructuring firms to provide the infrastructure in the Finance function to close the books, prepare cash flow projections, and perform analysis.  Once out of chapter, we ensure ongoing compliance with GAAP and SOX 404, and can also prepare budgets and projections.  We provide the infrastructure in both Finance and IT to help maintain the company's growth post-bankruptcy.

We work with creditor committees in situations where the bondholders cannot rely on the numbers being produced by the company, and want forensic accounting or cleanup of books and records.
