Erik Klinger
Mr. Klinger has extensive experience in Private Equity, Management Consulting, and Entrepreneurship. During his 12-year career, Mr. Klinger has worked with Fortune 500 companies, and with smaller companies as well. Most recently, he worked at The Zenith (NYSE: ZNT), an accelerated filer under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, where he implemented cost-containment strategies, and worked on special projects.

Aron Gibson
Aron Gibson grew up in an entrepreneurial family and has a diverse background working in Technology, Software, Online Marketing, Enterprise Sales, Publishing, Finance and International Business. Over the course of his career has worked in a number of successful start ups. The most recent, prior to co-founding MindShift Partners, was j2 Global Communications / eFax (NASDAQ: JCOM). He was hired on as the tenth employee in 1996 and was with the company until 2004, the year the company first exceeded 100MM in revenues.
