MindShift Partners, formerly Project Solutions Accounting, was founded in the summer of 2004 in the unlikeliest of places – the Greek Islands. Founders Erik Klinger and Aron Gibson were vacationing with friends on a beach in Santorini when they got the idea to start the company.

For most budding entrepreneurs, the story usually ends there. However, when they got back to Los Angeles they followed through on the idea and quit their cushy corporate jobs. Drawing on their experience in Finance, Marketing, Banking and Technology, MindShift Partners was born.

MindShift Partners, now in it's fifth year of business, provides project consulting services to small-to medium-sized public and private companies in Los Angeles and Orange County.
